19" rotar alloys of A4 SE Technik

Just wonder if 19" rotar alloys will fit directly with no issues on to my A4 SE teknic saloon 2011 with no issues, ie rubbing arches/clearance issues?

I've got these wheels on my 2008 A4 SE, and lowered the car also, no rubbing of arches ect.

What's the best width to go for? I'm looking at alloys ranging from a 235 to a 255 tyre.
