Anyone done this on an 8v chassis yet?
Definitely on my list of things to do down the line

I know of two cars done, both look great BUT if it's an s3 it'll ruin the handling, and, with the air pushing all bushings and ball joints to extreme angles, expect a big bill if it needs to go back to standard as all of the bushes and joints will be shot!

Just an a3 on this end, obviously show use not track use lol.
always loved air and never had it.

There are a few popular 8v air rides. Some slammed on static I believe and someone has an s3 on air. Not seen a saloon on air yet.

If you have instagram, have a search for someone called 'wardog701' he's got a lovely A3 on air.

Or someone called 'rs4tdi' he's got a s3 and r8 on air, plus a really nice rs6 in merlin purple.

Wow, thanks for those. Some awesome work gone Into them. We can all dream right :)

Wayne Simpson's cars are something else! Did he win the lottery or something?

The thought has crossed my mind many times about air, my last car was on air and i loved it, handling was surprisingly good too.

No idea how he made his money, but he knows how to spend it!

Id heard that myself, always thought the handling would be ruined completely but apparently holds up quite well

Does anyone know his back story? I realised he's in a wheelchair. Does he own tukcustoms?

I don't know mate, the question comes up a lot on forums, whatever it is he does, he is doing a very good job of it.

We could guess all we want but does it even matter?

As long as he continues to do things to cars we can only dream about then im happy.

Fair play to him if the story relates to Mr Simpson.
