The A4 hit 170,000 miles last week - so spent Saturday refurbishing the wheels followed by a polish and wax.

My Sport. I spent ages looking for one, I was resigned to spending around £4.5k on a standard one with 150k, then this popped up. It was 92k for just over £4k. Needs some bits tidying up but was by far the lowest mileage A4 Sport Avant for the money I could find with warranty and full MOT, so I had to pull the trigger. Loving the experience so far.

Not a very good pic of the whole car, i'll get some more later but lowered this last night and all new control arms fitted, much better looking car than my old A6!

A quick picture parked with the toy/money pit yesterday (and yes the Corrado is desperate for a wash)

Really liking these shots Icarus83, very nice, very nice indeed, do love a black avant, subtle red touches aswel, looks schweeett

Thanks matey, I wasn't sure to start with about the red, but looking back at old pictures without those bits, it looks a bit bland. I'll be doing some tiny red Audi logos and outline circle for the 5 spoke wheel bolt covers (I have a spare set that are a bit damaged so will harvest them for the chrome bits) and its been suggested to do the calipers red too (currently dark silver) which I like the idea of.

TBH if you get up close to the car it is pretty battered with stone chips across the whole front so just don't look too closely, ha ha. Its what you expect for the mile its on, and it doesn't upset me.

Fresh from its front end respray

(Ignore the driveway making the rear ride height look ridiculous)

Feel like I'm running out of subtle mods to do now

Looking great, what got resprayed exactly? As my front bonnet, bumper and wheel arches need some tlc.
What sort of price did u pay,or what shld i expect to pay?
Cheers.

Thanks, both wings stripped and de-rusted, bonnet and front bumper then blend to doors

I paid £500, but that was to a friend of a friend so you're probably looking at £600-700ish tops

Ooh I use to have a Corrado Storm a few years ago, that's the only car I regret selling!

This is my third Corrado but first VR6. Prices are still fairly low so bought the late spec VR I always promised my self. Repaint in the new year and it will be about sorted.

Here's the old girl after a touch of TLC.

Hi al, new here but thought I should join in as there is so much help and advice.IMAG0477IMAG0478

Thanks, she was beautiful, but unfortunately a little too pretty and sensible. I sold her last week and the young man who bought her got a steel.

Hi there, new to forum.. Used to own a mk4 R32 and decided to exchange for this A4 Turbo with 53000 on the clock.

Looking to lower and remap the engine.

Any advance on best lowering springs / kits?

It currently has the sline sport springs on which aren't bad put i am used to the low look i had with my mark 4.

I will have a look at the eibach springs and see what they are priced like.. :)
