I will hope to have mine washed and polished before the show. Wheels should be going in to get refurbed today, but I am undecided on what colour to go for.

I originally had the OE colour when I got the car, then I went for a gunmetal colour, but now that I have OE on again, im quite tempted to go back to them, I even actually saw a car yesterday that had a pearl effect on his wheels and it looked awesome, they were just constantly changing colour whilst the car was in motion.....very impressive!!

I may even go for Blue to match the interior....lets see hey :)

Works mega busy at the mo, as we are doing a system refresh, so busy building machines to get them out to our staff.
 
Inters...is that soon? ;)

I was excited until Scroatsey exposed his ring piece on whatsapp. Now i'm pant-wettingly excited.

Evening all.
Weathers taken a turn for the worst round here. Was nice and sunny, now its peeing down.
Hope the sun stays out for Inters crew.

Finally got my new rims today. Hopefully get them on tomorrow.

Farmers are out in the back field with the tractors, now the house smells like a cows bottom. Gotta love the country.

Any awesome plans for the weekend???
 
Morning all, Friday is here!!

It was tipping it down here this morning and some last night too, quite glad that I managed to mow the lawn last night before it started - phew!!

Meant to be really bad, heavy and thundery rain in the region today and tomorrow!!!

Mine are in for a refurb now, so hoping to have them back next week.

Plans for the weekend are I am getting Virgin Media installed tomorrow, got all the channels except movies and sports, 2 boxes, phone line, unlimited calls, fibre BB upto 100mb, quite looking forward to it now, as got to the end of my tether with Sky and with Orange for the BB, as i was on their original deal when it was free, then they put it upto £5pm, then last month I got a letter saying that they are putting it upto £12 a month - 120% price increase and thats all for 8mb speed!!!

Then chilling out for the rest of the weekend - hopefully!!

my weekend consists of 3 x 12 hour night shifts starting tonight! :( gutted is an understatement!
however the weather looks like it is taking a turn for the worse. very dark skies and quite humid! so maybe it is going to bucket down!

as long as it changes for next weekend!

Got them fitted yesterday, so glad you convinced me into 19's, loving the look now.
Got some Pirelli P Zero's as well, got a good deal on them.
Just waiting on the DVLA to finish my plate transfer and I'll be good to go.

Apart from that loving it so far, so much more comfort.

Got some friends coming over from the Good Ole U.S of America. Be good to see them again.
Maybe a BBQ and some beers will be called for.
On nights this week so finish Fri morning. Sweet. Roll on Friday.

Inters this weekend innit??? Hopefuly the weather holds out.

Had Virgin Media installed on Saturday, quite impressed, but will take a bit of getting used to after being with Sky for so long.

Got the fibre BB installed too, but im a bit disappointed with the wireless speeds as when doing a speed test, the wired connection is bringing me an average of 89mbps, however on wifi its constantly coming back at only 20mbps....any ideas why anyone??
 
I've found this too Nilz, despite it all being Wireless N. I couldn't find out why, so just gave up :(

I'll be at inters on Friday evening, i'm finishing work at about lunch time.
 
Yea its a bit of a strange one and slightly disappointing considering most of the time, we work wirelessly now!!

I will look into it, its one of the new super hub 2 things that we got, so I would expect better.
 
My best mate is married to a yank, so we got to be friendly with her friends and family, so there's a crew coming over from Virginia.

Yeah Scott, probably a wee trip to Brotek, take it up to around the 180 mark, don't really need much more.

I feel your pain Nilz, when it comes to interwebs, although your struggling with 20mb, I'm struggling with 3 !!!!!
We can't even get Virgin here, its Sky or BT or TalkTalk. That sucks ***.

internet wise, i manage with sky @ 8mb, i aint no real download fanatic!, dont stream movies or the footy so not a big issue for us!

really looking forward to seeing the lads again!
last year was epic, this year will be too if the weather sorts it's pants out!
it is ok up here at the minute but the weather forecast looks suspect!

Yeah its a fair trek I must admit, will see what the crack is next year.
As for the money, I'll be doing a fair bit of O.T for the next wee while. :whip:

I'm in the process of trying to get Sky to fix my web situation, if that doesn't help, I'll be looking elsewhere.
Thats the only downside of the new house, great location etc but the broadband sucks. :scared2:

Make sure and get some good pics at the weekend so I can see what I'm missing.

UV, Nilz and Chez, have you guys looked at 4G wifi dongle thingy from EE, 02 and such?
Mobile internet is getting better speeds than land based internet at the moment.

Use to go drinking and playing pool with an american couple I met randomly in Rileys. Nice couple, really friendly and accommodating but did not get our sarcasm. Still had a laugh.
Might be off to Minnesota next year for a mates wedding, that should be interesting.

Chez, if the weather don't sort it self out I'm blaming you!!
 
I didnt do anything, just tried a speedtest again last night and boom, there you go!!!

Morning everyone by the way :)

I have tried a couple of speed test sites and for some reason, they give very varying results, e.g speedtest.net was giving me 5mb download speed, where as Namesco BroadbandMax ADSL Broadband Bandwidth speedtest | Test your ADSL Broadband connection speed was showing me between 35 and 45mb download speed, i like the 2nd site as it has a better look to it too :)

Scott, not looking for the 4G dongle, as thats just an additional cost for us, although my bro is on it on his mobile and the last time we went out and he did a speed test, he was getting about 30mb...on his mobile network!!!

Leigh, who is your BB provider??

How have you still go them westy?
I thought they would have sold long ago.

Today is my friday, tomorrow is food and ice shopping with a trip to inters.

Looking forward to it. just hope this weather dries up and for it not to turn in to 2012 inters.
