I'm stock piling parts to go hybrid on my S3. I know Bill has his own manifold and if it's anything like the TIP it's going to do the job just fine.
How does it compare to the new relentless pro 4 manifold?
I understand the V3 cracks, so my heart is telling me to stay away from relentless and go with Bill.
Anyone have 1st hand experience of either?

I had a V2, true it needed to be reinforced since the welds weren't sustaining the high heat, and the way the turbo sits made the manifold weak I guess.

I now Have the newly released V4 (i guess or whatever it is called) which is a lot different. I have to admit I am very pleased with the quality as it feels a lot superior to all the versions before. I just installed it and will be creating a thread.

I like how the turbo sits on this new one, and the spool is better than the previous version. My logging numbers got better after the install, shame I didn't do a before and after logs, but I didn't expect that much difference. And it sounds bettter.

I will attach a few pictures here since I didn't create a thread for it.

First dyno is in from the V4 manifold, on a stock turbo and not port matched

250whp ~ 292hp
237ft/lbs ~ 305ft/lbs

Looks good

Excellent :) I bought my mani last week it looks like a good bit of kit.
Ordering my rods off Bill on Friday, then just need to get the BBT K418T and injectors!
Doing the lot in one hit with the engine out then taking it to Bill for WMI and a map :)

Just noticed, Relentless is spelt incorrectly on the manifold... :tumble:

Lmao, I did see a comment about that on Facebook but had no idea what they were on about until now. Haha.

The "Relentess" quality control strikes again :ninja:

^^ Exactly. They do look like a good bit of kit, but only time will tell as to how long they last. Hence the reason I went with a B5 mani as it is has been proven as being reliable.
