so little update

changed pads and disk this week.
fixed all vac lines and changed a few things and went for a dyno run by yosh









up 30whp and 20nm from last dyno by yosh:

things changed from dynos:

bigger wmi jet from 225ml/min to 375ml/min
moved vac lines
repaired leaking pipes
serviced dv
removed catch exit from TIP

the figures are on the wheels not fly and im very happy with it broke the 200wkw mark which was my goal from start of k04 so very happy about that

Nice one miggles! 270 atw is pretty damn good going! Looks like that'd be in the magic 300 club at the fly :)

Unfortunately can't .. Armin van Buuren concert that weekend and I'm VIP guest, once in a life time to meet Armin on a personal bases.

but nothing near to what u have done.

not too much will be happening mod wise for a little while, this week and next week ill be cleaning and prepping my car for the vw club DUBRUN, then will need to do sump servive, clutch, oil pick up, and fix a few things and paint some stuff lol

but its a little difficult to get to my car been very busy working on other cars after work

lol I know the feeling. I always end up work on my mates cars at my place
and never get around to doing work on my own car

got a question to ask ive done a few things to my car.
done revo map. 76mm down pipe with a 63mm one box system. a eibrach 40mm drop
customed my front bumper. blacked out the back of my head lights. done hidkit
smoked my rear lights. fitted a auto gauge boost gauge. done EGR bypass.
cold air intake to my air box with K&n filter. fitted 17" audi tt phatboy rims. and a little sound system.

now ive saved a few bucks and cant decide wat to do first, fit coilovers or full motorcade intercooler upgrade with boost pipes.
like to know wat u guys think?

Hey Guys (Miggz and Hodg) where would I be able to get a FMIC for my S3(2003), and would a golf 6 GTI cooler work on my car? sorry for hijacking!!!! I am in East London, Eastern Cape

Yeah noticed a huge difference had no more heat soak and the car just felt like it held it self better

Hey dude!

No G6 cooler won't work completely different concept of design hey. You can't really get a off the shelf cooler setup for the S3 unless you get a welly or forge setup but then you looking at like 15 to 20k.

I'm going to be getting a S3 this month to do cooler setup on it, if you want I can make 2 of them then just post it to you and you will just need to fit it?

im not to sure yet on the cost, im going to be making it a stealth setup so fogs will still be kept. ill keep you posted if you want. msg me 0824599102

Ok cool thanks for the advice. i do notice if i drive it hard it starts to feel sluggish but soon as i park and leave it for a wile and get back in it feels strong.
 
so after going through 2 belts and 2 tensioners in a week thought something might be up!

Wikus at goldwagen delarey checked my alternator and saw that the OAP or something like that was actually seized tight on my alternator. So he helped me with a new one and fitting it

alt out and all the acc around it off.











then sent it for tracking and balancing for our 2000km dubrun trip.






last final preps for dubrun will be done tonight then its off we go
 
Dubrun... doing my best to make it to stealth on saturday and maybe beaxh bums sunday. Enjoy
 
Dubrun has come and gone and already want to go back! we coverd over 2000km's round trip and only issue i had on my car was clutch slipping when the car got hot.

Also busy fixing up a S3 at home and once it is done my A3 will be getting stripped and fixed, plan on doing alot of like suspension, clutch, engine bay, boost pipes and fix some of the leaks plan on the car being out of action for nearly 2 weeks and it being completely different when im done
