What do you hate???

when you drive around and see that a street ALL oppose a housing development with poncey makeshift signs that say 'no to (name of development) housing'. That really gets on my male mammaries!

Oh and yesterday, walking through the door of a restaurant for an early lunch at 1100 that doesn't stop serving breakfast until 1130. Cue my exit.

Buying a brand new game for the Xbox, only to find that it needs a patch installed before you can play it!!!
Seriously?!?! Its just out, what on earth can you need to install already.
Pretty much every new game for the One so far has need a Day One patch. That sucks.
Long gone are the days off the 360 where you bought a game, went home and played it straight away.

Maybe we should start paying for new games in installments, coz that seems to be the way the release them now!!

Rant over. Lol.

What game UV?

I'm waiting for PayDay2 to arrive.

It annoys me as well.
You bought a new game, ready to play online with your mates and you can't cause you got to do the patch or some stupid training missions which takes hours.
So you end up missing the game night.

Might go back to a PC.

don't get me started mate xD I'm an avid battlefield player since the days of BF2.......it's like 7 months on now since the release of BF4 and some parts are still so broken! They even have a "community test environment" which is basically a beta version (yes they are going back to beta xD) of the game client in an attempt to test and try and fix things..

I hold out little hope that BF4 will be anymore fixed in the future seeing as now there's this "battlefield hardline" that's kinda been announced so think this CTE client is more ironing out bugs in features in the core game for this new game coming out.

every game these days is so bugged/broken from the start it's unreal!!! friends trying to play watchdogs but uplay crashes or is down, or the game crashes, or there's no sound in game...etc....etc...etc... people paying their money and can't even play what they paid for.... funny thing is the cracked version that's been leaked for about a week has apparently none of these issues :p

also all these millions of games popping up for you to "buy into the beta" .....but then who knows how long it will be in beta.... look at Day-Z for example.... been a mod for arma for how long? and now been in standalone alpha testing for how long? :p

I want the days back when you buy a game it's actually finished and polished!!!! don't need gigs of patches within the first week to fix game crippling bugs. and not have to use loads of different programs to access the game. e.g. BF4, have to open an internet browser, get the plugin, find a server, loads up origin and then loads up BF4..... what happened to just running the game and that was it xD ***!

It's Watch Dogs Scott, bought it on release day but didn't get it on till last night.
Seems quite good so far, just like GTA with hacking. Lol.

Yeah, I'm a big BF fan as well, or I should say I WAS a big fan, 4 really bites ***.
I'm holding out hope for better games this year, if not I'll have a few more rants in here.

GTA Online at the moment.

I'm driving around, minding my own business looking for a rare car and some knob decides to shoot me.
Why? What's the fecking point, you don't get any money for it. I don't retaliate (you seem to get more money for not killing people than you do for killing them, so I don't) and the little ***** comes back again and kills me.
Also, why do people with a bounty on their head stands and fight?
Just die already and you can carry on with your game play without any issues.

PayDay2 tonight if anyone is on line.
See what that is like.

The idiot that's parked across my drive

Give your local Parking shop a call, they'll send someone out to ticket him after confirming the driver's not someone you know.

I'm currently hating squeegiing, then drying the bathroom tiles after every shower ..there must be an easier way to keep them clean.

Turned out to be someone staying across the road.

People who use the word 'clearly', because they think it makes them sound intelligent/cool/etc etc.

e.g...

She is clearly looking for an argument.
He was wrong, clearly.
Clearly I can't do that.

If you haven't already noticed these people, listen out for them - you'll hate them too.

Worse feeling in the world, that is.

It takes a good week or so for the weight of depression caused by doing this to slightly ease. And even then it returns every so often.
I need three months minimum to fully accept and come to terms with the damage.

Should hopefully be fixed by Thursday!

I could have cried, but instead I shelled out nearly £100 for a one week old alloy to be recut as my OCD got the better of me! Thankfully as it's only the diamond cut edge it was cheaper than if the whole wheel needed re-doing.

The other version of this is when a politician says "Let me be absolutely clear...", and then goes on to be anything but.

I think they're allowed to unless your car is parked on the driveway..

I'd still go and have it out with them though so that it doesn't happen again..

I don't think they can do it if you got a drop curb.

People parking in front of my house annoys me but its a public road so I can't really moan to much.
But what I really hate is the other people further up the road leaving massive gaps between they car and another car. The gap is big enough to get two cars where there is one, which then forces everyone in the street to park in front of other people's houses.

not got a jack you can use to lift and swing the car out of the way? ;)

or a few mates and do the old firemans bouncing trick? ;) (not sure of actual term but just seen vids of firemen pushing down on a car to get it to "bounce" so on the upstroke they can shimmy the car a bit out of the way)

Yeah I know what your saying, that happens by my work ..

Even with a dropped curb as long as there is no car in the driveway then they can park across it,

Think you can complain and take them to court but I don't think wardens , clampers can touch it

It was across my drive where the drop curb is. I also own the land/road outside my house, this includes the pavement.

Buy a wheel clamp and don't charge them to remove it... just make them wait like they made you!

I hate having to wait 20 weeks for my new A5 to arrive...

Ouch!

I hate Rim Protectors being built into the tyre that give the impression that they basically protect your rims, when clearly, at the end of the day, they don't. :hi:
