Sportback Rear Bumper

Hi all

i am aware that the rear bumpers can be swapped for as long as they are from the 5 door

before I splash the cash , will this bumper fit my sportback

does not state 5 door

2013 8V3 rear bumper , will this fit ?

Yes that's an 8v rear bumper so I guess this won't fit unless I modify the fitting

New 8V bumpers won't fit 8P's.

You need an 8P Sportback bumper, loads of second hand ones on eBay.

Scrap that then , lol , they seem cheaper , I've found an s line rear bumper black edition

Is £150 a good price

Depends if you need the diffuser and are willing to prep and paint it. If you don't need the diffuser and don't mind getting it sorted, you can pick them up for a third of that price.No shortage of them on eBay.

I've found an a line rear bumper but I need the part numbers for the black black surround etc

The thread above states that if you have the sportback bumper you can just but the valance and the other bit ?


Is this the car , if so isn't this ideal rather taking off the whole bumper and instead just replace the diffusers ? Would this require any modifications to the fitting
