How most car cleaning polishes / sealants in a bottle don't flow out.

Getting any polish out at our house tends to go like this:

>You turn the bottle upside down and squeeze, nothing comes out,
>you squeeze a little harder, the bottle lets out a loud wet shart alerting the neighbours who are outside pruning their begonia you may have a bowel problem
>you shut the lid, flick the bottle to try and get the now paste like contents to the top of the bottle
> you turn it over, re-open the lid but the pressure build up means it still won't flow
>you squeeze even harder out of frustration, the bottle blows it's load and you end up wearing the top ¼ contents of the bottle on your face / clothes / driveway, none goes onto the cloth or the car
