Hello I have a 2011 Audi A3 Balckedition SLine with a 6 speed manual gearbox does anyone know if i can get it changed to the S -tronic gearbox ?

It's not cost effective even if it was possible. Sell up and get one with DSG

So you want a S-Tronic and you've never drove one? Keep it manual, it'll be a can of worms you'll open if you go ahead.

Heck is your engine code even compatible with a S-Tronic box?

S tronic boxes are awesome but I wouldn't consider a swap, sell your car and buy a different one

You need to take a look through this thread on VAGOC.

It's difficult,expensive,and full of software and coding issues.

Not to say it cannot be done,but there are far easier ways of getting a DSG box,as everyone else has already said.

the DSG box in itself is one of the worst box on the market stay away from it.. when they go wrong THEY GO WRONG!! keep you manual its more reliable and you have more fun with it anyway
