Looking into springs & shocks for future upgrade for A3 Sedan (Saloon).

Anyone know if any springs & shocks are available for A3 8V models at the moment?

Has anyone lowered their cars yet? If so, please share some comments.

H&R have 2 sets of springs ready for the saloon (sedan)
Sports =30mm drop. Supersports =45mm drop.
No pics, but desperate to see a saloon with Supersports fitted as I'll be fitting these on day1.

When you say a drop of x mm is that from standard SE spec or what the car is currently sitting at?

I think it's from se-spec. I've got s-line suspension on mine which is already 25mm lower than se. I've got 40mm springs waiting to be fitted so will measure before and after to confirm

Nice one faisal - which springs you got? H&R?

I've gone with 40mm ST by KW springs. Had them fitted yesterday but not had a chance to take pics yet. The car seems to have come done a touch but I'll confirm by measuring once it's fully settled. The ride quality is no different to factory so overall, I'm happy

I'll see if I can get some pics later

Looking forward to the pics. Interesting to hear the ride ain't no worse than stock too!

What was your standard setup? S3 / S-Line / sport or SE?

I had the S-line suspension before. I've been out all day today and the ride quality is definitely unchanged from factory. I've not had a chance to measure the actual drop yet but it's definitely not 40mm, as expected.

For the cost, I'm pleased with the results. Would love it a bit lower but didn't fancy getting coilovers since this is supposed to be the sensible car. Will get some spacers for the rear and take some proper pics soon

Looking good!!
I like the fact it appears to have a slight rake towards the front.
Bit of a pet hate when springs leave the rear lower than the front.
