The screw cap cover on the rear light is missing can I get a new cap or is it a new panel from audi?
I have looked on the net but don't know the actual name of what I'm looking for, if that makes any sense?

Do you have the perfect audi? If that's all it takes to fix it!

i must have missed the part he said he had a perfect audi he asked where he could get a part

try audi they may sell what you need
failing that its a scrap yard job

Thanks bez! I wish my audi was perfect this is a minor thing on the list but at my DIY skill level. Lol

replaced about three of mine because everytime a bulb pops this plug needs to be removed. The problem is the refitting - push to hard or not quite straight and it falls down inside the inner wing which is a new one from Audi or strip the boot apart. What i did on the last bulb change was to wedge a piece of foam into the hole to stop the plug from dropping through if fitted incorrectly - worked a treat.

I've looked on ETKA but can't work out where you're looking.

I too have bought a few of these, they were pennies from memory, as said the keep falling through when changing bulbs do i haven't bothered replacing them again.

Same here .Much easier to fit a rubber grommet instead

Get the number off the otherside and we'll be able to work it out from there.

I'm missing both sides in mine. Just one of the many things I'm discovering after purchasing a new car lol
I might leave it though, I'd only loose them again!

looking at etka its around £3-£4 but my price list is slightly out of date.

I will report back on thurday. May also have to get a few other little bits priced up whilst i'm there!

Don't expect to have them in stock, give them a ring first so they can order them.
