You'll prob find the dipped and main bean pattern are rubbish...
If over 4000 kelvin colour temp, then visible light output will also be very poor.

Noooooooooo....don't do the fronts....PLEASE don't....:D

The more I look at those ebay lights the more I realise how stupid they may look. Remind me of those old aftermarket 3 series angel eyes!

Am I right in thinking the rears are just plug and play? Found some on ebay germany.

They seriously don't look good, would be better leaving them original or maybe xenon headlights?...even the oem headlights on the later a3's look like there's to much going on IMO

Not sure about the rears , think you may need an adaptor of some sort but I'm sure it's plug n play once you have the adaptor thingymejib...

OEM lights all the way, all others look terrible, whether HID or just a redesign of a headlamp.

Was following a MK4 golf home the other night, and his 8k or 10k HIDs were green. Tried to get a picture, just about tell the contrast.

RIDICULOUS

Makes me want to be a member of the constab and pull every single idiot over with them shoved in there.

Then subsequently shove the book "right up there!!!!":asskicking:

Thanks for the opinions guys. Just wanted to update the look a little, will stick to just the newer LED rears I think.

Rich.

No worries

End of the day it doesn't matter what other people think...if you like something then do it...

Obviously it's good to get peoples opinions on things but ultimately it's your decision and your personal taste...

Now go get those rear lights , they work a treat and look nice...of course this is just my humble opinion [ my laugh] :D

i have those exact lights fitted, and surprisingly they are of great build quality!

I got them fitted with some lights from tups and it looks like i have HID's in the front, lovely icey blue colour. And they give soo much more useful light output then the normal light housing did!

Plus OEM IS BORING, everyone has this crap. lol.

Bad picture, its just after i fitted them. Not sure if the DRL are actually on caus they were lighting up in the sun lol!
But trust me, look well better than before, and again, tups for the headlights and some chorme side bulbs make them look SICK.

Yes that is a bad picture hah

Try get a better pic without the sun beaming on the car if possible and maybe with bonnet down :D

This isn't my car but a car I recently seen at a show with these eBay lights. I thought I'd drop these pics for you guys to see :)
Personally I don't think the lights are too bad. The car is awful tho !

Ah man I don't know what I think of them ha

I prefer a normal oem xenon headlight that you get on 2004 -2008...I think they look just right and not over the top ...

The facelift s3 headlights lookalike there's to much going on and I think even they look like an aftermarket item even though there not :D

I think those led's running along the top of the headlight looks awful and aftermarket..if they just had the thin led strip running through the headlight it would of looked so much better and neater..

I think this front end looks perfect with the older xenon headlights

Both cars look proper sweet ..it's just newer front end doesn't personally do it for me .
