Friend had his new Audi S3 stolen of his drive in Yeovil in the early ours of the 11th March. Last ANPR road side cameras had it at junction 14 on the M5 at 0230 that morning. If anyone sees it please let the police know or contact me on Keith.attwood@seloc.org. Thank you.

Any update on this stolen S3?
I wonder how they got it - Key stolen first?

Disturbing number of theft threads seem to be popping up recently. Thieving scum.

Anyone know if this car had the bucket seats?

Sorry to hear this. I hope something good comes out of it, like getting it back for example.

Really sorry to hear this, a few years ago my house was broken into and the keys to my TT were found - car stolen, so insurance premiums for car and house up! Hope your friend has a good outcome.

People like this really should stop wasting our air and stop breathing

I hope there's a good end to this story.

Were the keys stolen?

That's a horrible thing to happen.
I must admit that one of the few reasons I didn't opt for an S3 is that they seem to be thief magnets and in my neighbourhood I'd be permanently worried about some scrote kicking our door in for the keys.

Crime must be terrible in your part of the world if you have to live in fear, and don't buy a car because you have to worry about someone wanting to steal if from you.

I'm just a worrier, that's all. Had a car nicked a few years ago and it's made me paranoid. In fact I'm pleasantly surprised each morning when I come down and discover that my car is still on the driveway!
I would bet the owner of this stolen S3 will be at least slightly affected in that way from now on too. That bit is worse than the physical loss. It's a bit like being mugged.
