Morning all,

Almost recovered now, weekend was nice, contemplated going to the St Patricks day parade in Brum, but then decided not to as it would have been too much of a handful with the little one, so ended up getting lots of paint for the house and going to the park to play some footy and so the little one could ride his bike properly for the first time since Santa delivered it due to having some decent weather!!

Builders are in again this week, they are just finishing off now though, going to lay the kitchen floor and start decorating today too, so hopefully they will be done in the next couple of days. Kitchen gets delivered tomorrow and then gets fitted next week, so Im hoping the end of next week, we may have some normality back in the house :)

Pics will be put up once all the work is done. :)

I was looking at my kitchen today and can't decide whether I want to keep part of the wall as breakfast bar or just have one big kitche/dinner............................I'll spend the money on the garage. lol
 
Yes mate, im pleasantly surprised with the progress and glad its all coming along well.

I have taken alot of pics, so will filter them out and put them up in the next few days or week if i get a chance.

If it was me, i would defo go for one big kitchen/diner, so much better with the open space, unless the garage needs doing...lol ;)

How is everyone this morning?

Had a laugh this morning on my commute in. I overtook a van doing 50 in a 60 and could see there was a car coming in the opposite direction but it was a fair way off so it was safe to pass. I overtook and pulled in with loads of space before crossing paths with the car coming the other way. As I get closer to the car coming I see that the driver is wagging his index finger at me in the same sort of way a teacher would if he'd caught a child doing something they shouldn't have been! I couldn't help but find this hilarious so I returned with my own finger signal.

I wouldn't mind being on the receiving end if I'd left the manoeuvre a bit late and it was dangerous but this guy just decided he didn't like me overtaking!

People that also tells you off for using a roundabout correctly.
I'm going all the way round, like I'm allowed to do, check my indicators you ****!!

I played in my car a lot yesterday. It's the first time i've got the back end out, it was fun! I also tried a bit of donuts in a gravel car park, that was also fun.

I need to play in it more.
