Mpg question!! We're is the button!!

Hiya all, my Audi 2005 A4 2.0 tdi Sline only shows mile to empty,


I have looked through the trusty handbook and shows that on some models it seems, there is / should be a little button on the end of the stalk that you push to see mpg!


Why doesn't mine have this and is this something that can be fitted easily and cheaply??

Just out of interest how do you see how many miles you got left till you empty?

You need to have DIS retrofitted, there are a few people on the forum than can do this for you NHN being one.

I have a DIS myself. Didn't realise cars without DIS still told you how much fuel you got left. That is why I was curious to know.

As for the price you looking at around £234 - £260 supply and fit

get the stalk from ebay fit and find a lovley member with vcds to code it for you
NHN is very good at what he does and well worth useing
i think the part from audi is around £80

Do you know if there is anyone in the south west (Devon) that would fit one and programme it!

If I went near it - nothing would work lol!

Looked on eBay and there is a bloke in Kent that supplies parts/ fits and codes for £60 but he's a little far for me as I live in Plymouth
