What's it worth roughly??

Not sure if I'm posting in right section here(if not I apologise)
As ye no my 01 130bhp 1.9tdi A4 is no longer running but my query is what is she worth to sell as a non-runner??
I no the colour isn't ideal but hey ya can't have it all..
Car was bought completely standard

I fitted a full s-line fiberglass kit on it
Lowered with ta-technix coilovers
Fitted genuine bbs 18" wheels
Twin pipe exhaust (not sure of make)

Turbo blew and messed up engine internally.. She's knocking and banging now.. Mechanically she needs rear drop links and abs rings done..
Other than that the car is in great condition.. There is just over 200k miles on it..
Is it worth anything at all with the mods done?? I no if it was running I would get about €3500 for it with test on it..

Trouble is you can pick good B6's up for not much money now and when you say "fibreglass" sline kit i take that to be a sline copy so i would think your best bet would be to break it up and crush that pink shell, stick it in the classified's as i'm sure a mod will be along shortly to lock this thread.

I don't think a mod should lock this as he's not actually selling it, just looking for advice. Then again I'm new and don't know the rules inside out

Sadly I can't help you out as I have no idea how much it is worth being a non runner. In my experience mods don't usually add any value so as said above maybe you should break it and sell the parts?

So apart from being pink, with a shot engine, and needing work to the rear suspension, she's in "great condition"....?

I won't lock it as I trust no one in here would buy a pink car anyway lol

Either break it for spares (a lot of work, but potentially lucrative if it's a high spec car) or sell it as a non runner for not very much, I'm not familiar with prices in Ireland though, sorry.

Colour looks good, love cars that stand out from the crowd. Maybe it's just the fast and furious side talking but I find unusually coloured cars really appealing (even though all mine have been plain factory colours).

I don't like being the same as everyone else jake.. She wanted it white but I said no cos it's so common over here.. Said something different and that's what she picked

I reckon you could pick up an engine for it for less than £500 which is most likely far less than you would loose splitting for parts.

If you put the Sline kit on I'm assuming it's a sport or SE spec in which case the bulk of the car is worth pennies. Anything but leather interiors struggle to sell.

On most sound body cars you make a good few hundred quid from panels but no one will buy pink panels as most people are looking for the right colour panel to just bolt straight on.

I made 5k when selling my MK4 golf but it was heavily modified with top brands, eibach coilies for example and had a hybrid turbo. But the engine sold for bugga all as did the cloth sport seats and interior.

No leather interior and only 5 speed box so it's nothin special like.. Think I'll fix her up and get her going again at some stage...
