Couldn't agree more! I like my cars to stand out and I don't know if it's just me but the majority of Audi colours are quite dark! I wanted something bright! :rockwoot:

Awesome, love the way they prep the car for you. I'm waiting to collect mine from Coventry in May but am seriously considering changing Amalfi White to Black. Really in two minds right now.

Yeah they treally go prep it good for you, got some golf balls and golf umbrella too! (I play golf).

The thing with Amalfi White is its cream in some light where as ibis white is pure white.

Depends what your taste is, I love the black but next car I think I'm going to splash out on a blue!

I thought I post some pictures of my new A3 Sportback 1.4 TFSI CoD Pro Line S in the exclusive color Night blue. Car is full option with additional S3 front grill, shifters and pedal set. Best options so far: supersport seats, Audi side assist and full LED :)

One of the best I've seen here! How did you get all of this S3 equipment on a 1.4 TFSI CoD?

My garage did ;), Not joking, it is easy to swap the Pro Line S grill for a S3 one. S3 pedals just push and click and finally the shifters which was a different story. In fact I wanted the S3 shifters as I drove that car last summer but it was quite an experiment to have them fitted. They had to take of the steering wheel and disassemble the existing shifters and saw them for the S3 ones. Well as you can see the experiment succeeded and shifter lights are also functional ;)

Color is lovely, but dark blue is my fav on all cars :)

Just saw this photo. What grill is this as it looks with these horizontal chrome parts a bit like the S3 grill ? Is it a part of a UK specced Luxury line or something like that ? :)

Think this may be the answer - would appear that it is a spec you can opt for else where.
 
They look nice @rmappita. The first time I see them on a Sportback. Got a few questions:

1. Are these the 19" Limousine wheels?
2. How is the noise of the tires. Less than the Conti's?
3. Are you happy with the Michelins?
4. Did you use 225 of 235 tires?
5. Is this with standard Sport suspension?

It is all just because of curiosity : )

If you enlarge both the UK and my car's grill you see a difference at the outside of the horizontal chrome parts. As reference I include this URL with the "original S3 grill which is the same as I have Audi S3 Sportback picture # 20 of 53, Front, MY 2014, 800x600

EDIT: mea culpa, as it seems indeed a standard Ambition grill. Light definitely plays a role here ;)

Love seeing a tidy 8L. Also loving the S3 pics coming through.

Managed to get a decent detail in of the car today, it was clean from the dealer but I wanted to get my own mark on it :yahoo::

There's not too many Sports on show in here either so I'm representing...

1. Wash down alloys with Wheel woolies, EZ brush and a wash mitt
2. Iron X alloys
3. Bilberry wheel cleaner
4. Dry off alloys
5. Seal alloys with 2 coats of Fk1000p
6. Repeat above process on exhaust
7. Snowfoam bodywork
8. Pressure wash off snowfoam and any loose contaminents
9. Iron X bodywork
9. Clay bodywork
11. Dry car with new wolly mammoth drying towel (Amazing!)
12. Hand polish with Megs Ultimate compound (Couldn't be bothered with the DA)
13. 2 coats of Autoglym HD wax
14. Windows polished and sealed with a mixture of G1 and G5
15. Quick wipedown with a QD.

Very happy with the results:

16. Remove wind deflectors

Beautiful car but why the wind deflectors? They just scream 'hey' from the bonnet bra racers imo

I like them for what they are, so they'll be staying :) They weren't bought for the style factor, purely the window to be open in the rain
