Hi, maybe I'm being worried for nothing but my dsg box seems to be holding gears longer and at idle the car is revving as though it's a cold start in the morning.

Any ideas??

Mine does this when its really cold. Also, even more juddery when moving off from standstill start than usual. Once up to temp everything is back to its glorious self. I imagine it takes a while for the fluids in the gearbox to warm up and thin out.

My lasses old a3 used to judder and hold gears too long, I just reset the dsg with vag com and it work a treat after that.

Cheers Dan

Think I need that reset done although I think it may have been holding gears longer to heat DPF up and do a regen? I drove on motorway afterwards and it's been spot on since then...
