I spent last night polishing the brass on my front door, that's just like, you know, so rock 'n roll its unreal.

I need a hobby!!

Got a day off tomorrow to head down the garage and sort out my hvac but i can see today being a slow day at work.

I wish I had plenty of time off but I take random days off never blocks of a week.

I use to do that, I prefer that over blocks of weeks.
Its like you get more time off.

I'm not a fan of blocks of weeks, it tends to eat all my holiday up with out really knowing where it went.

I think I'm over booked by 3 days this year already.
which means I'll have them unpaid.

Next year I'm buying ten days holiday.
I like my random Monday/Fridays off.

Afternoon all. Nothing to report here. Mum's out of hospital & doing well. Sun is shining. Car is still filthy (this weekend, I promise!). Shed roof is still leaking. Payday on Friday though, so it's all good.

Secret rooms are very cool - but sadly my little shoe box isn't big enough for any secret rooms. My tardis like cupboard under the stairs is about as exciting as it gets in my house.

Oh and dont start on the weather, yesterday morning the radio said that we are going to be in for a month of nice sunny but mild weather, then by midday a weather warning was issued saying to expect snow tomorrow and Saturday in the West Mids!!!

So glad its Friday, just waiting for the expected snowfall in a bit!!!

Weekend is going to be busy, our building work starts next week, so we are going to be clearing the rooms out and getting decorating stuff this weekend, oh and may try and watch the Lego Movie with the little one if I can

Morning all. This time last week, my Passat got sideswiped by a G4 security van, then I took her for an MOT the next day! Lol. Which she passed with around 7 advisory's! Haha. So I've fitted new track rod ends, and she feels great again handling wise! Thought she was just getting on a bit @210k miles, and steering started to feel vague, but she got another 12 month ticket, and most of the bodywork damage came out with babywipes!! Thank The Lord for plastic bumpers!

Tomorrow will be new subframe time on the S3!
