Basically to integrated engineering to non drilled rods?
And if you buy non drilled rods and they be drilled? and any one have a rough idea how much it would cost? Thanks

Yes they can be bought without rifle drilling, however it has been documented on here by Tuffty that non drilled rods caused premature wear on the gudgeon pins and little end bushes in his S3.

It would be definitely be easier and likely cheaper to just buy them pre drilled mate. Bill@Badger5 is an Integrated Engineering importer/seller. Drop him a PM.

Couldn't give you a cost to drill non-drilled rods as most people who want rifle drilled rods buy them pre-drilled.

They are not drilled in the traditional way, its done using a form of wire erosion... it would potentially be far more expensive in the long run to buy non drilled rods and have them 'drilled'... do it right, do it once...

not generally done.
buy what you want ready done.. not try to find someone to do it afterwards

EDM is the process used to make the oil hole to small end, aka rifle drilling.. aka wire erosion etc
