Not a happy bunny at all! I've spent nearly 2k on my car this month and now my clutch started slipping tonight. I wasn't expecting this so soon! :sob:

Unfortunately sh*t happens with cars (a lot).

It could have been worse! The top of the spark plug could have dropped off and decided to destroy the piston and valves on its way through!

Seriously though. I feel your pain. Been there many times over te years with different cars.
 
I know! I would change it myself but I just don't have the time to do it now... Ah well just means that one step closer to stage 2+

Yeah **** happens with cars but its our hobbie/interest, so we deal with it.

So your going to have the box suspended in the air and secure the rope onto a hook or latch? How heavy is the roof box? Going to have anything in it?

Its not heavy at all.
I can lift it up and move it around pretty easily.

The roof box will be attached to the roof bars, as will the bike rack and there will be two oars in the roof box.

I got this made for it as well.

I feel that pain, although I am being deadly serious when I say this is EXACTLY what happened to my S3 some 4 years ago :(

OEM engine rebuild, New turbo and New clutch = an alright S3 8L in todays money! lol

Im the same actually Jay, sore throat, blocked and runny nose at the same time...if that makes sense!!

1L bottle of lucazade, 3 bags of sweets, 2 packet of crisps and a chocolate muffin later... Feeling a little better but I still got over 2 hours left. Running out of stuff to look at on eBay.
