My Mauritious Blue S-Line Conversion

Only items which I haven't sold are Phillips Diamond Vision H7 (x4) and the Audi rear number plate LED's.

PM me if anyone is interested.

Nice car mate! see you went for the 1.4, good choice as the 1.2 is a bit slow, looks great with the bi xenons aswell :)

great build man really enjoyed that read, has made me make my mind up about the sline conversion so defiantly going to source my parts now, what was the issue with the front bumper and the front cross beam?

cheers

The cross beam was too long for the S-Line bumper so had to be trimmed.

I thought this issue was isolated to the S3 bumper, but sadly not.

Was just under £200 from Stoke Audi parts. Comes with adhesive tape attached, will also need to be bonded on. The lugs need removing if it will be fitted to a non-S-Line tailgate, straight forward job.

A3 looked nice in the end .

What made you go for the A1?

Running costs and the fact that it went in for an Audi service and they advised that the gear box did not have long left.. was not willing to face a £3000 bill :sob:

The adhesive tape enough to hold it?
And uh oh, how many miles had it done? Or it show any signs of going? Lol

Just be careful, the 3dr spoilers are different from the Sportback ones and they aren't interchangeable.

Stick it down with some TigerSeal or similar, won't shift then!

Are you happy with it?

It's basically a scaled down a3 isn't it ?
