my son bless him has just sold his galaxy s4 mobile phone to put towards a car , the woman has just paid him with £240 in fake £20 notes . poor lad is devasted ,im god damn fuming the f**8 *****

Ring police, surely you have some details of who she is? Contact number might lead to her and find details of the phone( imei numbers etc) I bet police can trace the whereabouts of the phone. Scum

As said, contact police the number can be traced

Contact the Police immediately, with. that amount of fake notes I am sure they will be interested to speak to that woman, where was it sold ?

phoned police last night , the came looked and took the notes today but said dont expect to see youre phone again , its very rare they ever get recovered , the same person has purchased quite a lot of goods worth over £200 in the last 2 weeks an used fake notes all the time , they drive a black rangerover discovery and operate in south yorkshire

Report it stolen to the network, and claim for its loss on your household insurance.

Why claim on your home insurance? He sold it!

Why claim?

Simple, to make sure every other one of us gets to pay more on renewal to make up for all the fraudulent claims that are made.

Just got to love a nice fat juicy make a fraudulent insurance claim post on a public forum. :p

Did he sell it though?

Selling is the exchange of goods or services for money.
If she used fake money, I guess she stole it and the police was called.
So he's got a right to claim on his house insurance cause his phone was stolen?

the ironic thing is though , they phoned the police ,the police then raided there homes whilst in custody .

Why on earth did they call the Police? Been threatened for passing out dodgey notes maybe?

The phone wasn't stolen, he gave the phone to the woman of his own free will. She paid using fake notes, that is the crime. And not one the Home Insurance will cover for.

if he registered his phone with android device manager - try this
https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

don't ring it - just send the location to the police

or did he have some location software on his phone or a phone lock. trust me some thieves are stupid
