Sitting here bored and just wondering What people here do to cure there boredom ?

Yep I've done the same , washed car, and now out with the mrs buying her something out of boredom.

Only 1 week in and I feel the same, although work is just as boring at this point in the year hence the reason for staying off.

I am actually dying to give the car a decent wash and polish so maybe next week it will finally stop raining for a bit, probably snow instead mind.

you lot have it alright, i've had an operation on my foot so not only am i bored as sh*t but i also cant leave my apartment, cant drive my car hell i cant even ride my bike ha ha. I'm slowly but surely winding the other half up (tash) cause she is pretty much having to do everything, she doesn't even really want to take me to tesco again cause i used the mobility scooter the first time which just caused her great amounts of embarrassment lol

Washed the R, cleaned under the bonnet and engine plastics etc, put the winter wheels / tyres on, cleaned up the summer wheels (face and barrels using clay) and wrapped up in wheel bags, garage tidied up. Now to do the same to the Audi.

Where did you get the wheel bags from? Are they any good? What's different from wrapping them in some old dust sheets?

Ha. I've ended up doing some diy in the house and nearly taking a finger off...still cracking on though while the mrs is and has been playing that stupid candy crush on the iPad for the last god know how many hours.

All I know is that I can't smell any cooking going on yet.

Yea been on that a few times today , got outbid on a set of rims with around 5 seconds to go

Yeah I go for a couple hours a day to the gym....but that couple of hours is spent sitting in the sauna, steam room and 3 juccuzi's , the oap's take the **** out of me in there .

Getting my dressing changed on Thursday then a follow up orthopedic appointment for the 30th January so probably no driving till Feb time now

Been off since the 19th and gonna known the 7th and haven't been bored once! I find doing or Trying something different every day helps, plus I have quite a few niggly jobs to do on my cars.
