HI Guys

we've offered a tuning system for the new 150/184ps for a while now, but just yesterday we took delivery of a new Skoda octavia running the 2.0TDI 184PS engine.

We've since tweaked the software, and this car is awesome. On the subject of the engine, i personally think its head and shoulders above the 170ps, and VAG are onto a winner.

So, my question is. Do we have any members in the North East of England who have a 2.0TDI 184PS who would like to test one of our kits, give us some feedback, and in return we would offer you a heavily discounted tuning system for your car?

cheers

Andrew

hello,

how much nm and hp at the end ?

Anticipated figures are 230bhp and an extra 90-100nm of torque

We're hoping to dyno the octavia tomorrow, but the bum dyno suggests that the 230bhp is achieve able

sounds good to me !

so 230hp and 470-480 nm, hmmm

your car is a manual, what about the A3 184 quattro stronic, same figures ? how much torque can the Stronic 6 take ?

After speaking to Andrew about this yesterday I'd urge you all to be knocking his door down, he couldn't speak highly enough of the effect the tuning box had on the car..

The new 2.0 TDI's will in my opinion be a heavily tuned engine over the next 10+ years as fuel prices get higher.

Any chance of a plot BHP/torque before and after - I won't have mine for 4 months, but I'm interested....

Once we have a few miles on the car well be dynoing it :)

Would be good to see what figures you get from the Octavia VRS.

Is it me or do the alloys on the new VRS look very similar to the new S3. :)

We're heading to the dyno this next weekend, so we should have some figures soon

Would be very interested to know what the 0-60/62 and in gear acceleration times are pre and post box (hint hint) :ninja:

Mmmm not from the NE but the midlands. I'd probably be interested in the upgrade at some point in the future.
Let us all have some details, prices etc when you've got them.

We've seen 226bhp and 490nm from a standard 179bhp and 375nm from our vRS that runs the same 2,0 184ps engine :)

Rrp is £439 but were currently offering £80 off this for ASN members, so you're looking at £359 plus shipping
