Well i drove the 2.5 hours down to BCS Automotive to have a full TBE exhaust fitted by these guys. I opted for the non power valve system with a 200 cell sports cat . Upon arrival i was greeted by Dave and was showed to the waiting area where nigel was.
After a few cups of tea in a quite chilly waiting area the exhaust was done.
Dave said its probably one of the cleanest S3s he has ever seen and was very impressed with it under neath. Was happy about that lol
Dave was telling me about the amount of work that goes into this exhaust as its one of the very few FULL 3" turbo back exhauts. The workmanship that has gone into this exhaust is second to none. A genuine 100% stainless steel exhaust, All flanges are Stainless steel. Lambda bosses are Stainless steel. Inside of the exhaust is Stainless steel
The tailpipes i went for are more or less what you get on the mk5 GTI. Im not a fan of the Jet cut on the special tips you get on other exhausts. These tips have just the right amount of poke out of the rear valance when hot. but when they are cold they are nicely tucked away. Right tip is slighty longer than the left as to follow the line of the rear valance.
Let the pictures do some talkin

After the exhaust was fitted i was showed underneath the car and told about the exhaust. They also fitted a new poly bush gear box bush .
They also asked what was happening with my old exhaust. I said i was keeping it. Then i went off to pay. When i returned they had dropped my rear seats moved my suitcase and turned the inside of my car into a bubble wrap cave. The exhaust was wrapped in endless layers of bubble wrap and carefully placed in my car. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YA.

That's impressive, I only suggest companies I know are quality at what they do, I've seen nothing but good work so far, well done to these guys.

As I said before, its a Nigel thing & yes I can lick them, but don't get time to do unfortunately lol.

Serious note though, when I get a new car I think I may give them a call, workmanship looks very good.

lol NIGEL

Workmanship is unreal the time and effort that goes into them making the exhaust just right Is great

Bcs are the only people to deal with when it comes to exhausts.
Fantastic products with quality to match, they sound amazing and the really good points are they stay looking good years down the line which shows how good they are.

Owned by a pair of true enthusiasts who go the extra mile and further.

I've had bcs systems on my last 2 cars and when the time comes to mod my S3 there's nobody else I'd trust.

Glad more and more people are finding exhaust perfection.

Myself and turbonutz recently fitted the bcs to his car... moderate difficulty diy job.... we had it done in 2hrs... very nice throaty note from it... and as above, the quality looked very good..!

Looks clean! The size of that 3" :hubbahubba:

What would happen if you had no centre silencers and their power valve fitted? Bet that would sound lush

What sort of price we looking at fitted for this exhaust ?

I have the non power vavle being built for me now can't wait for it to arrive purple of questions for you if I may, is it as loud as non res miltek ( or louder) what's it like noise wise on a cold start. And what's like compared to oem when just driving normal of boost and motor way speed say 80mph.

Regards Dave

How does it feel with new gear box bush ?

These guys are superb with what they do. I had the powervalve fitted a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. Should also give a shout out to Paul who makes and fits the exhausts and also does a great line in bubble wrapping old exhausts ;--)
