Do I have Bluetooth?

This morning I had my iPhone 5 plugged in listening to so music when the phone rang. I stopped to answer it and I could hear them through the car speakers, they could also hear me with the phone on the seat.
I can't control the phone from the swearing wheel and didn't get the "Phone" display on the display.

Can anyone help me with this?

You must have aux plugged in so any sound coming out of the phone will be going through the car speakers I guess?

Yes that's right it was plugged in, but the caller could hear me as if it had a mic installed.
I have just been out and scanned for a BT device and looked under the passenger seat for the module. But I could find any :-(

It must have been. The phone was on the passenger seat.
