8L S3 Brake Upgrade.

Hi All,
Going to upgrade the brakes on the S3.My car is a 2002 225 plus its mapped,miltek system,sports cat,panel filter.Not used for track days,mainly the odd fast road jaunt.
Just wanted a bit of feedback as to what setups others use and how effective they are..
Probably asked a thousand times on here but after using the search tool I couldnt find a definitive "best choice accross the board"
Anyways..
Looking at 2 possible options; Either going for some EBC ULTIMAX discs and upgrade pads.(redstuff maybe)
Or Going for the R32 front setup? Either way upgrading the fluid aswell.
I would be interested to know what you guys thought..

Just to add. I have put up for sale threads in the classified section previously and had absolutely no reply. I mention it in a post and I get inundated with people inquiring about them. Goes to show how broken the classified section is(I have a few ideas on how this could be fixed).
