Does anyone know the colour wire supply's the reverse light?

Just in the middle of fitting cobra rear parking sensors. Got the bumper back on and the sensors fitted but now I'm stuck.

Does anyone know which colour wire is the reverse light in the boot? Need to tap in to supply the parking buzzer etc and Ive left my multi meter in work!

According to the Haynes manual it is Blue/Red. This is for both 3-door and 5-door. OK, so I know the Haynes manual is non too reliable, but this may be true after all.

Did it work? - I'm trying to tap into the reverse light for a parking sensor - My car has a choice of 4, and 2 of which are red/blue - the others are brown and yellow/white.

There are two red/blue wires on the 5-door, since the 5-door has two reversing lights. Logically, either would do for a parking sensor.

Yes it did work, I wired in Cobra parking sensors and Ive had no problems. How did you get on mate?
