ITS NOT DEAD TIGHT BUT ITS NOT LOOSE EITHER,IM SURE THERE NO SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD TIGHT ANYWAY..........TENSIONER IS SET TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE,BUT APPARANTLEY THE SPROCKETS CAN BE UNDONE TO GET THAT LITTLE MORE TENSION AT THE TOP,BUT IM SURE IF I DO THAT IT WILL BE VERY TIGHT....IT WAS BAD ENOUGH PUTTING THE BELT ON,AS IT WAS VERY TIGHT.

when i fitted my cam belt i actually moved the pointer round further than the mark on the tensioner as the belt did fell a little loose.

too tight and it will damage the tensioner

That roller looks a bit dodgy with the black stuff partially stuck on it....

quite normal after fitting some belts apparantley,nothing to worry about,had it checked out all is ok....nothing dodgy lol....everything is genuine parts.
