Hi Guys. I bought some show plates last week which were delivered yesterday. My car is predominantly black so I thought some black plates to put on for pictures, during meets and such likes would be pretty cool! All in all I think it looks awesome. here is a picture with the front plate on. What do you think :)? If you have any better methods for sticking on these plates other than using blu tac please let me know. Thanks 1

I see 2-3 cars a week illegally using black/silver plates so it doesn't look like anyone's bothering to enforce that law -like illegal spacing - bloke passed me yesterday (I was walking by the way not being overtaken) with the reg FISH X and I also saw 2000 GB both of which were illegally spaced.

For me it's just not worth the risk. Yeah I see illegally spaced plates more and more each day. With the targets that police have to make you would think that people would be getting hammered for this. Or is it just a reflection of the knowledge of the Police? Or are they actually doing things to benefit the community for a change?

I have number plate surrounds so changing my plates is easy, I have german pressed plates complete with the region logos and licence logos on so they look accurate, front and rears both white... i'd also LOVE to have them on permanently

i Like the German plates too. Have you got a picture of your car with the surrounds on so I have an idea of what they would look like on my car please?

If your at the meet mind me to bring these wee suction pads along its a double thing sticks to your existing plate via suction cup and another that sticks to the back of the show plate.got a few spare I am sure

the Krispy Kreme meet? Ill be there. If you could that would be brilliant. The blu tac isn't quite cutting it

hmm apparently blu tac can hold on wheel caps for 3000+ mile of all road all speed all conditions tho hmmm

Yeah man I used blu tac for the centre caps in my last car but the way the pins are on the front plate makes it hard to get the plate to stay on. Quite annoying because the back one is sound
