Metal Clunking Sound when wheel is turned

Had the car unused for 2 weeks, and only started her up the other day to hear as I was going out the drive a metal clunking sound coming from the right ride; Sounds like it could be catching something as the wheel is turned, and it rather a loud sound!

any idea's?

Coil spring would be the first thing I'd check

Just had the RAC out, and he checked and found the broken spring, so it's now the case of changing both left and right coils now. How much do you think it should cost to repair?
