Just been putting the final touches to my delivery checklist - ha
 
My dealer got a bit worried when he was checking some of my paperwork. That was until he realised the options went onto a second page. How many pages must you have??
 
Ha, still all fits on 2 pages I think

Yeh, but it was something I asked about when placing the order and he agreed to

I didn't really care much what it was, just didn't want it spelling something bad or looking bad, heh. As it happens, one of the choices had the last 3 letters as my initials backwards, so went for that!

Well at least you had a choice. The one I got allocated also has my initials backwards so at least it's a good thing.
 
Grrr, just been in and they couldn't get the finance forms printed off, so not sorted it all out yet annoyingly - got to go back in tomorrow. Apparently a problem at Audi Finance's end, but who knows...

At least I seem to have my pick of AMI cables / whatever I want with it, as I asked about those as well. He really had very poor product knowledge and didn't even know of the existence of anything other that the USB and apple ones, but I soon set him straight on that...

Same with my dealer when I asked about the AMI cables, the USB cable is the only one he knew about. I'm seeing my dealer on Thursday for final payment, so I will have to mention cables...again.

4FO 051 510 R - for iPhone 4 red coller
4FO 051 510 K - for iiPod. blue coller
4FO 051 510 Q - USB for charging?

hope it works for you. I will try on Thursday if I feel he doesn't know what to get!
 
Yep - plus the Micro USB and 3.5mm jack

Paperwork done and signed (relatively painless!), deposit paid, collecting at 9am or 10am on Sunday (confirmed tomorrow)!
 
Oh and all the AMI cables I have requested have been ordered, with 1 on backorder so won't have it when I pick the car up, but will get it later on. My monthly cost went up by 80p since the original quote and they couldn't seem to change that, putting my total to pay over the agreement up by £44, but they've said they will fill my car up for its second tank as well to make up for it (they are already giving me a full tank with the car), so happy :)
 
Red and Blue iPhone/iPod cables (I don't own any apple products but I have friends who may want to use them at some point!), USB socket, Micro USB and the 3.5mm jack one. He couldn't remember which one is on back-order off hand. Dealer is eager to please, wasn't expecting to get all the ones I asked for tbh!

Just gone in for the third day in a row so they could photocopy my licence, seeing as they lost the copy they made on Tuesday...
 
They haven't asked for anything from me licence wise yet! I'll make sure I bring the lot just in case.

Well, I'm back from my day out... what a great car! ACC is awesome, lane assist I think has some quirks but I did get it working really well at one point. Only thing is I've been so busy I don't yet have any photos!
