sand in water bottle?

upon checking the water level in the car, ive noticed a ring of what looks like sand around the top of the container.

i wipe it away, yet still comes back.


the water level is spot on always, as is the oil level.


what isit? never seen on any car before...

Rust.. It's not water.. It should a g12 mix

car is a new purchase so il do a flush of the system and put the correct g12 coolent in
