No turbo boost, glow plug light, snap on diagnostic code p0299

Hi all
As above really, driving home noticed no turbo kick, then glow plug light kicks in plus limp mode. Ran a snap on diagnostic on it and it came uo with code error P0299, NO BOOST

Checked all hoses, with no leakes, anyone had this happen? or experience of the said code??

Thanks for quick reply Nigel. Looks like it may be a process of elimination then, have tried another MAF with no joy, Diverter valve or waste gate next i guess

Have a look if yours has the vacuum actuator on the inlet manifold. Cured mine of same error. Cheap fix ( about £20 all in ) and easy enough to do.

Hi have now diagnosed the problem as the vacuum actuator, can anyone please give me a part number or a link to where i can get one from???

I have all the gaskets for the EGR valve as im aware this and the inlet manifold need to be removed to change the actuator.
i assume there is a gasket for the inlet manifold too?? is this also something that should be changed???
