Rear Tyre recomendations?

I need to replace my 2 rear tyres on my S3 shortly, ive read that some people don't recommend the Bridgestone Potenza as there are better tyres for the money. Anyone recommend me good alternatives as not had car long so first time of replacing tyres.

Ok now send the fronts to the back.

Then buy, conti 5, michelin ps3, or eagle f1 for the front.

Conti 5's, Goodyear F1 Asymmetric or Michelin PS3's are the best choices if you don't have a problem paying top dollar. What are on the front of the car at the moment? It's always nice to have a matching set, especially with 4WD

To much to change as nearly new when I bought the car 6 months ago

Send to them to the back then, replace with any from my post 2.

We have just put 4 x conti sport contact 5s on our S3 and they so far aren't too bad, not quite as confident or sure footed as the 3s but still not a bad choice of rubber, we would recommend them. Hopefully they will wear similar to the 3s we got 30k out the last set!

They'll get better, I felt exactly the same. Let'em wear in a bit

I've got Pilot Sport 3's on the front of mine and they did well on my track day with plenty of life left in them. Sport contact 5's on the rear but my next set will be Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

Supersports for me next I think.
I swap them front to back as 6k-ish then they wear evenly so as to change all 4 at once.
I'd stick the new ones on the front if I were you.
