Well it's Friday at last! I sat and watched G.I Joe retaliation, quite a good film and the rock didn't look at all cheesy like he has done previously in films like fast and furious!

Going to see The Heat tonight at he cinema, looks really funny! Like a good comedy.

Have to say was very hot last night, wish this weather would make it's mind up, was good to have the roof down on the cab tho.
 
Was spastic hot last night. Not very nice. Still showed about 20 at midnight ergh!

Apparently yesterday was the last of the good weather though. Its still going to be warm but just going to rain a lot.

Don't say that! I'm hoping that we still get some nice days, living in eastern England we tend to get nice weather.
 
I'm currently ringing around all the churches and barns in Halifax trying to find Fred so I can stalk him! :eyebrows:

As for tonight, kebab time!
 
Haven't had a good kebab in ages, going up north soon and there is a lovely kebab house there which i will go to!
 
Warm crusty bread and butter is my downfall, I have to stay clear otherwise I would end up the size of a house!

Not if you see what they put in them, its all far too branded nowadays mate, you will find your indie Pizza shop using far more a quality selection of toppings and cheese, Dominos are all about the profit margin and cutting the costs as far as they can and then some, the box they deliver in cost more than the cost of whats inside it,
 
I have to agree with Turkster, indie pizza shops are the way to go.
dominos is such a rip off. 15 quid for a pepperoni, your having a laugh!!
big up to the kebab fans aswell, can't beat a juicey slice off the elephant leg at the end off the night.

Still can't beat a good steak though, cut off its horns, wipe its **** and stick it on a plate.
Mmmmm dead animals. They taste goooooood !!!:thumbsup:

no no no no no no no! no jo!
honestly mate, hot dogs are 100% junk food!
there is no pork in a hot dog sausage!, it is made of 'recovered chicken'! that means chicken carcass mashed into a pulp, died pink, a little bit of smokey flavour added, and then squeased into sausage shapes as if it were toothpaste!
granted, donner meat is probably just as bad, but soooo nice!
having a donner tonight after reading this!
you lot have spurred me on!
i can almost feel the heartburn already! and not even ordered it yet! :wub:

Don't knock my hotdog mate, it's one of Germany's finest Bratwurst there! Fk knows what's in it, but it tasted gooood! :yum:

used to enjoy a nice cheese dog myself until i seen a program on tv about the manufacturer process! lol
they do taste good though, granted!
 
And EVERYTHING that is on TV is all 100% factual of course. ;)

T-minus 17 mins for kebab time for me. I'll think of you all as I have my food orgasm.
 
I haven't even watched that video Chez and I feel a bit ropey already just from that screen shot.
I think its probably best not knowing what goes into some off the things I eat.
Dry Lentils for dinner tonight me thinks. Lol.

Today is clearly "crap food Friday" as I had McD's. Went to the pub after work (leaving drinks for the two guys made redundant the other week) and couldn't be bothered to cook so got McD's on the way home from the pub.

Now catching up with Corrie and looking forward to climbing into my bed. It's been calling me back to it since I got up this morning.

I've never had a parmo (we don't have them "daaarn sarf") but they look a bit of a mess in a box from what I've seen... :blink:

(Oh & re Rachel Riley... I've got a degree in mathematics too.)

after being up since 7 pm yesterday doing a night shift and having 3 hours sleep in afternoon today i just got a indian curry and 6 bottles of desperados and feel its time for bed now! but nikci get pics up to aswell as ur maths degree :p
 
I've posted a couple of pics up already, a couple of pages ago. I'm no Rachel Riley though.

And my degree isn't from Oxford (Brunel University, Uxbridge) - I also went to the rival grammar school to her (she's from Southend too and went to SHSG, I went to WHSG. Far better school if you ask me! :laugh:)
 
Had a long sh1tty days as well, up since half four,
Mrs just got back from works night out, p1ssed as a newt, proceeded to crash out on the couch, I'll leave her till morning I think. Heehee
since she was out and I couldn't be bothered cooking, it was a big Pizza Express from Tesco for me, the dinner of champions.
Pretty pooped though, will be hitting the pit soon.

Hoping for some half decent weather tomorrow, maybe try the new DA, if not day on the Xbox.
 
My weekend consists of work tomoro 5-11. Up early sunday to catch a train to london where i will wander round, find somewhere nice to eat, before heading to the Barbican theatre to see Ludivico Einaudi perform. Followed by some sleep in a travelodge. Then damned good ****** breakfast in the morning before heading back to liverpool on the train at 11. Then a well deserved sleep that afternoon.

Just been to see The Wolverine also. First hour i was liking it alot, as good as the first if not better, then a couple of things happened that let it down a bit, but overall, quite good. I love wolverine as he's the king of revenge, no one does revenge like him.
 
Karl, I was ment to see that Wednesday with the Mrs but sue looked at the times, got there for the 3D version and the place was packed with kid going to see smurfs or despicable me. I left, it was like Hell.
I wanted to walk round doing the faulty towers walk and see how many of the little fkrs I could kick in the face.
I don't hate kids, just when they are in place like that running a muck it gets right on my tits.

Collect the old man from hospital.
He's got something wrong with his arteries, thining or fury or something,either way he's back in on Monday for surgery but for now he's open and we having a BBQ.
Bring on the beer and meat ****s, it's going to be like inters but with proper toilets. Lol

Dominos for the win.
Over priced, yes but ooohhh so tasty.
The local indi pizza places just don't have the taste I like and don't have ant local kebab shops and being south we don't parmos but I would like to try one.
 
I'm a Papa John's fan when it comes to pizza. Domino's always makes me feel ill :(

Papa John's do an amazing BBQ chicken pizza. Heaven.
 
morning all!
last day off today then back to the grind stone tomorrow! :bye:
just gave my dog his first meal in 24 hours of scrambled egg! as had to take him to the vets yesterday as he has decided to swallow stones!
he used to just play with them, now he has decided to swallow them!
he came to greet me yesterday morning, (after been off his food all day) with a little sick on the bedroom floor that consisted of bile, plus 2 fairly large pebbles in it! :puke2:
the vet could not feel anything, so decided to give him tablets, a bland diet of scrambled egg, rice and chicken for a week plus limited excersise!
it is not very easy trying to keep a springer spaniel without exercise, and he will be climbing the walls after a day or 2!
if he gets no better, an x ray and then possibly an operation is on the cards to remove stones from his intestine!
the joys of owning a psycho dog!
hopefully he will be fine though! fingers crossed!
my rather lovely kebab from last night has done it's job! 3 toilet trips later and i am all free of it!
never been to pappa john's nicki, dominoes are average, pizza hut is the pizza champ imo!
and scott, make sure the old fella sticks to salad at the bbq mate!
