Hi Guys, I'm pretty new to the forum so thought i should say hello before i start asking too many questions haha.... my names George i've got a 57 plate Ibis white S3. I have done a few things to it ITG CAI, Milltek cat back, Bluefin Stage1, Matte black RS6 wheels, black gloss grill and rings and front splitter.

No doubt after just reading through a few threads im going to be adding quite a bit more to the list haha i.e finish the exhaust off stage 2 remap (maybe not bluefin) TTS engine cover, suspension etc. If anybody would like to give any advice/thoughts from expericence would be great.

Cheers

To be fair,it's down to AMDTuning, and a lot of people here and elsewhere, who've helped me with this.

I come up with the daft ideas, and source some of the parts, and they make it happen.

Cheers mate, yes the fog grills have been painted black ... Unfortuantely i hit a pigeon at the weekend, smashed the passenger frog grill and the pigeon got stuck in the bumper... Dirty little B***ards

The ideas don't look that daft haha, So what are you lining up next then?

After the big(ger) turbo,ATB diff, and minor things like the new boost gauge, upsized WMI injector etc etc.....

The intake needs a bit of attention, and I was thinking of asking AMD to adapt one of their intakes to fit my car,and then the inlet manifold, and a few other bits.

I usually try to keep one project on the go each year.

Thanks turbonutz, yes I have thought tht myself, are the MY11 rear light a straight fit unlike the front end?

Cheers

Sounds good S3Alex, you sound like my kinda guy ahahah but dangerous if i spent too much time around you lol... Yea there was plenty of mess across the front end put it that way. A bit of a random question i know but do you know anything about the opening behind the passenger fog grill almost like an air flow pipe/intake for something, but on the drivers side it has a cover plate? I only noticed this after i hit the bird ?

yes mate in the boot theres like a plastic fixing in a hole at each side that you can unscrew with a flathead or a 13mm socket and then u prize them off with a plastic wedge/ big wrapped up flathead( not to damage paint) and pop new ones on screw back up easy peasy!

also behind my fog grills both sides have cover plates next to/over the lamps

The best person to ask there is JamesS3.

There is a brake and gearbox cooling duct back there somewhere, and some people use the space to direct air up to a CAI filter from that area.

My job here is to part others from their cash,as was done to me when I arrived!

George, nice looking car, thanks for sharing with us. Where are you located George? :) x

Cool, I will defo have a look into them. People trying to get me to part with cash already... love it haha. I have got a snapshot from google with the fog assembly parts and it looks like the passenger side plate behind the honeycomb grill should be open? As long as its not broken im not that fussed. Its the part at the very bottom right
