Shark performance? who's had there car mapped there?

Got my car booked into shark in Mansfield just for stage 1 map guys were very helpfull on phone so looking forward to it, just wondered if anyone els has had there car done there? I'm from Scotland but I'm going to be down that way for a week so thought ill just get it done while I'm there getting it put on the rolling road before and after aswell quite excited only stage 1 but read a few posts saying car is so much better ?

Heard good stuff but a mate bought a golt gt tdi pd140 and it had there remap on it only got 20bhp increase then my mate mapped it and got from 140bhp to 185bhp, but heard there pretty good, there in midlands aren't they ? Give CCtuning a call - names chris he mapped my car and fitted hybrid and has a built in dyno tell him hardy recommended you hes wicked geezer

Had several cars remapped by Shark, including my S3 and A4 Avant TDI 170. Quality maps, loads more power and very smooth. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thanks for the replays already got it booked in cant wait! drive home should be alot more fun was going to get it mapped in Scotland but going down there anyways so thought may aswell go straight to them to get it done,

I got my map Shark Stage 1 map done by Brodster a couple weeks ago, i have to say once its been run in for a few days its utterly awesome. Fuel consumption has also improved

Individual settings may vary hence the differences from car to car.

Running Shark Stage 1 on mine, went back & got a Stage 1 DPF delete a couple of months later. I couldn't imagine going back to a standard map now, it would be horrific.

Got mine done on Sat by Brodster; it's amazing!

Changes the whole dynamic of the car...

I'm sure further stages do the same again, but if the car had left the factory with Shark stg1 as standard, they'd have sold WAY more.

Could be dpf model vs non dpf model. Shark hq is mansfield, everyone else is a franchise

I didn't realise u had to run it in for a while for the map to bed in?
I was under the impression it was instant?
Going to get Brodster to map my tractor when the warranty runs out

I'm Sharked up with both ECU and DSG maps from Shark. Most annoyed that I had to travel 8 miles to get there! LOL.

107 miles for me, massive ball ache of a trip last time, took 3 hours because of bad traffic instead of 2 hours.

Got there, they applied the Map patch, 8 mins later....on way home.

P.S. it's speed camera/traffic light city.

I want the shark stickers where can I get them? i can't wait now wish I had never asked as I'm excited haha but very happy that its all good feedback that's why I picked shark as everyone seems to have good results with it get major service done on the car the week before I go down aswell wanted air intake but just got k and n filter that will have to do till I save up more lol

The STS box is very useful and easy to use too. Well worth having IMO.
