Sod Audi, I can recommend better, cheaper prices + Genuine Audi parts used, and I'm from Worcester too.

+ he's ex Worcester Audi who went "Solo".

PM for details.

But it sounds like the car's quite new and possibly still under warranty?

So? Warranty is still 100% valid if the servicing is carried out elsewhere, so long as you use Genuine Audi parts.

Ive been in touch with the owner, got a quote for you.

Second Service @ the place I recommend is £110 inc VAT.

That includes the following,

Oil and filter change, inspection, service light reset, full scan of the whole car for faults, lights and level check/top up, pollen replacement, grease hinges, stamp book, wash and vac.

i have someone who will service the car for me as my father in law used to work for ats pershore, he has a stamp and he can get genuine parts as well for around the same price, i just wanted to compare but i didnt want him to do it and invalidate the warranty

No problem, use genuine parts and the warranty stays fully valid.

Yes but does he have the tools to reset the service intervals within ecu?

I've not heard great things about ATS over time, no matter if family or not, so make sure its what you wanted or you may cause issues come warranty time.
