He shown me a video of an astra which was loud, I said erm, just a notch down lol, he did say if it was too loud take it back and he would open it up and tone it down a little all this will be in my full review i'm just trying to get some better pics n vids etc.

It was mentioned to me that I could have had a twin like an S3, but I just said its not an S3 tho is it lol, tbh i'm super happy with the result, it sit's brilliantly and the bumper has been cut bang on too, you see a lot of A3's with the exhaust sitting under the bumper by so called pro's and they look terrible.
Anyway thanks for that, have I converted you lol

m19lte, how much was the 3" system all in? I've been thinking about relentless dp and sportscat for a while.. however if this works out cheaper it could be an option

Think it will tbh.
I've payed £400 for the cat back in 3" as I've already got the relentless dp/de cat on. Don't quote me but I don't think it was much extra to get the full system inc downpipe !

Sorry for late reply, plan quickly changed.. Manifold decided to crack on me :-( so turbo is off the car.. Perfect excuse to order a dp and sports cat! Think I'm just going to go relentless now.. They seem tried an tested. If exhaust starts to blow ill give Tony a call. Thanks for the info!

No worries buddy, I've got a 3" relentless dp/decat on my s3, which works great, you'll certainly be happy with this set up.
I'm going for the 3" decat back from Tony (got it booked in on sat upto you mate but I'd consider asking tony to price a 3" turbo back as I think it could save you a fair whack of money.

1. Did you get full system with decat heard that can fail mot and make the car too loud
2. Fuel wise has it got better or does is it drink like hen doo out on a Friday night

as I stated I already had the downpipe and decat fitted, yes the car will fail mot without a cat, you can just place the cat back in before mot day. Not noticed any fuel change, I dont have any vids atm but if I get chance I'll post one up.
It's a custom exhaust place so you can pretty much pick your sound level, mines not loud at all as I didn't want it sounding boomy on the motorway.
