Hi guys just got my my self a audi s3 sportback my12
Put a stage 2+ on it on Thursday itg full miltek loba pump apr map, anyway nipped out to McDonalds
There I found a clamped out corsa with a body kit and bean can on the back pull out of McDonalds on to dual carriageway the car wasted me it was a embarrassment what did he have in it

But back to the point, could be anything. I had a mate who put a s3 bam engine in a polo running 270bhp! Now that thing moved. Well when you got it into 4th gear as it just spun up in 1st 2nd and 3rd!

Could've had the Calibra turbo engine in it, seems popular with the corsa crowd !! Still difficult to believe it out run your S3 though ?!
 
Don't worry it will be in field near you on its roof soon !

Just ask yourself, where would you rather be sitting?

In a K reg'd corsa with red/pink faded paint, more chicken wire than a chicken farm and it cam'd up beyond belief so it can't idle properly.

Or

In a luscious S3 which shouts a 'phat' wallet and style.....

You my friend, have had the last laugh here...

Ur s3 got left by a corsa thats shocking, my cousin is s*** driver he got left by a focus st170 and he was driving an m3 e46 lol maybe you were too full of bigmac's to race ?

2.0 redtop= lots of power

Corsa= rust bucket, no weight.


Power to weight...very good!

Audi S3, a luxury heavy car.

Power to weight....not bad after tuning, but it's no Ariel Atom...

It can't be my driving mines a dsg rev and go it must have had a red top turbo with some serious mods
 
Will be a C20let or Z20let conversion guaranteed.

Theyre all running around 300bhp and 300ft/lbs and weigh about 1tonne each. Very quick cars
 
The maps perfect made such a difference, only if it was raining 4wd vs 2wd
 
Maybe you can't drive??

I have a classic mini that has a 1.8VVC 160 engine in the back, that thing shifts so fast as it only wieghts about 600kg, need ot get it to a strip soon.. Was looking at putting a Vaux V6 in it..

Either way it may have an impressive motor in/your not driving very well or it didn't actually happen???
 
I know of a lot of very quick old corsas mate... At performance vauxhall last year there were many road legal ones getting close to 10 second quarter miles...

i also know of a impreza engined corsa C. Very, very quick... They are cheap to build and get impressive results...

again, where would you rather be sitting.

You can never tell and a classic case of judging a book by its cover but its still a shed mate!

Its all well and good getting quick quarter miles mate but if your ride looks pants, I'd rather walk :rock:

Let him have his victory but invite him to slowly drive by a group of pretty girls and see how many knickers drop for the S3 over the corsa

1 - you can't drive

2 - the remap is crap, or

3 - you did some effeminate driving like a woman, and not a lesbian, cos they actually drive like men (well the butch ones do)

4 - please log your car with VCDS (advanced measuring values - N75/Lambda/Knock Corr/RPM/Load etc) and post here

Wise words. Whenever I drive around in my BE Quattro there's just a long line of women all bringing themselves off as I pass by.

The wife isn't too impressed mind.

I used to own a corsa and be on corsanet or whatever it was called and a bloke was running 370bhp 2.0turbo redtop and it weighs half a ton soo lol
 
Lose some weight with ripping out yoir interrior and doors and cut roof off and get some lighweigh clutch flywheel and wheels aswell as stage 3 remap and loik for him again. At least might bring looks of your car to corsa level and maybe ligh enough to keep up haa.
