Is it possible to disable the front sidelight bulb out warning but keep the bulb failure system intact for the rest of the bulbs?

Put resistors in line so the car thinks it has bulbs?

I did think about resistors but then I'd have to find some way to mount/protect them , which isn't a problem , but if coding is possible surely it'd be the better solution.

Don't forget resistors generate heat depending how long they're used!

Resistors generate heat depending on how much current flows through them...much like a bulb. Time is not really a factor as current flows in an instant. If heat is an issue a bigger surface area will help to dissipate excess heat.
