A4 avant sport wheel change

Hi chaps, im thinking of changing the wheels on my 2002 a4 avant sport but don't no if it's 110 or a 112 offset or what et i could get away with. Sometimes i have a full car so don't want it to scrape when loaded, been looking at b6 rs4 multi spokes or the rs6 5 spoke wheels in 18 or 19 inch. At the moment its on the standard 16 inch sport wheels.

You'd need 112 stud pattern and offset depends on how big a wheel you want, are you lowered etc.

For the record, Sports came with 17" wheels as standard so yours is either an SE or someone swapped the wheels on it to sell (ie 16" being a cheaper one to fit for selling on).

Thanks audi doodah, I didn't see the sticky but has given me a good idea of what I want. Mine is a avant sport have checked the log book so am a bit disappointed its had the wheels changed to 16 inch.

it hasn't 16's were standard sport wheels until '04 my (possibly late 03 my)

Off topic, but what does "my" mean when people discuss years of cars? I've googled it, but searching for the term "my" isn't exactly easy ha!

Forgive my ignorance then. I was going off this Audi brochure but, to be fair, it is dated Jun 04.

Ok so i've had a look around and found some wheels i like but there 9" wide with an offset of 52 and 18". Has anyone got an idea if these will go under the arches or am i going to have issuees.

These will stick in too far, you want an offset of at least 45 or less
