Word up. VP Snow Foam, VP Billberry wheel cleaner, Chemical Guys citrux wash, Dodo Juice Purple Haze, 3M quickwax every now and again. Megs #21 after stripping, before wax, when I can be ***** all finished off with a big wooly mammoth.

Looking for another lube/spray wax tho coz the 3M is starting to do my nut in.

2 buckets, grit guard, lambswool mit.

... I could always just throw £20 notes at it until clean, might be cheaper.

LOL im gonna write a browser plugin just to make JamesO posts invisible :p

What pads and cutting polish do u use for it Corey? :)

i use Orange Hex Logic with Meguiars 105 then finish with white and 205.
A very good, decent price set up. As Audi paint is like a stone you need to use a more agrees ive pad and compound (orange and 105). This should remove nearly all light swirls however will create holograms which the softer pad and polish (white and 205) will remove and leave a crisp finish.

Im gonna try Blacklight over 205 next time. It's more of a glaze but should still refine back any holograms from compounding and provide a few fillers to mask any swirls I missed.

Its a bit of a confusion at first to get your head around it all but its so worth it and to have something you can admire daily is priceless.
If you're ever Leicester way you're more than welcome to have a crack with mine.

Youtube and Detwiling world are great places for help and information on techniques etc.

anymore questions feel free to PM me or post on here and ill try and help best i can.

Thanks for the info and offer mate, apprieciate it:)
It's a fair trek down your neck of the woods but if u want to come up to Scotland and show me on my car I'd be more than happy lol :)
