Does anybody know if the 18" Black Edition Rotor alloys on the previous A3 or the current A1 will fit the new model?

yep, have them on mine! They prob don't fill out the arches as much as they should but look pretty good imho

Sorry - just looked and they're 7.5 x 18 ET51.

As long as they're 5x112 fitment then should be ok.

the stud pattern for A1 is 100 x 5 the offset is ET39.

Nope, the 8V isn't very identical to the 8P, the 5x112 is, but offsets range from 43-51 for the 8V, whereas the 8P ranges from 47-56, with ofsets mixed up between sizes 16-19 wheels.
