Hi ladies

Went karting last night which was wicked. Complete mental free for all, all rules and safety measures seemed to go out the window. Came 4th out of 18 which was nice.

Off to see the hangover 3 tonight. Anyone seen it yet?

Currently sat at the drop in blood test clinic... been here 45 mins so far.

Had an appointment for last night, but when I got to the hospital, the Police were out the front & had closed it all off due to a suspicious package, so the hospital staff told everyone not to bother hanging around. Only problem - car park ticket machines are inside the building! They sent me round the corner to A&E to use their car park ticket machine, but the queue was about 15 deep. By the time I got 3-4 from the front, a porter sauntered past the queue and said they'd just raised the car park barriers!

Just call me lucky!

Looking forward to F&F6 Coatsey, but for Paul Walker not Vin... and the cars and totally over the top stunts, obviously!

yep. not as good as the others but still enjoyable non the less.
just you wait for the ending! lol
 
Iv not heard good things about either film, sequels never really live upto expectation when the originals where epic as the first ff and hangover.

A question for westy, why does my leon cupra 6speed accelerate to just over 60mph in 2nd gear? And why cant the s3?
 
Could be senario B but the profile of the tyre makes it the same diameter as the standard 16" so that should cancel that out. Not sure if its been mapped but i doubt it, it is fast but dosent have a punch of boost like most maps.

I dont know tbf, there is an obvious diffrence in the fact the leon is not quattro, I would of thought all the 6speed boxs would have the same ratio.

Edit- the 210bhp s3 will achieve 62mph in 6.8seconds and the cupra in 7.7 I would think that is due the s3 being in 3rd to acheive this and the cupra would have to change up from 2nd. Mmm food for thought.

No just a cupra, yeh prawn would know, Im just curious tbf, thought old westicles may know, not that any of it really matters lol.
 
Does anyone have any tips on swopping the front calipers on a mk2 golf. I know how to take the caliper off the carrier, but the brake hose bit connected to the caliper is 1990 original! Shall I just try and undo it, or would you recommend I apply some heat first?

G60 brakes are replacing the 16v items! :)

I'd apply a load of WD40 and leave for a good hour too.
 
Ha no worrys westy, I know my fair bit about the 1.8t and try to apply abit of logic. Think i may go fishing for the answer :)

but sadly I think I've ran out of room



I'll deal with that later. Now I need an amp or preamp for my new record player. WooHoo

I put off washing the car (again) to spend time sunbathing ;)
I did have to re-arrange my garage for the 100th time this year and think I need to invest in a shed to clear some space so the garage is how I want it!

Abou to sit down and watch England get spanked by Brazil in the footy.

Put some flooring up there and use that?

nahh. Mum and dad are moving away from DVDs and most to streaming their movies from netflix and such.
Which is shocking when they live on a boat and always moan about the quality of their internet.
