Horrific murder in SE London - suspected terror attack

This happened this afternoon, about five miles from where I live - and my journey home from work would have taken me within a mile of it, only minutes after it happened, blissfully ignorant of what was going down.

Worrying that they seem to have wanted social media attention, trying to trigger a reaction perhaps, the power of social media in the likes of Libya, Egypt etc has been well documented. The strong and calm response seems to be the right one so far.

The police who shot them are under investigation by the police complaints commission for reasons for shooting them. Wtf.

A truly shocking terrorist attack, is there more to come? I think so. This was done in day light and they allowed women to approach the poor soldier on the floor.

They waited for the police to come whilst talking to people about our government etc. Sickening comes to mind!

As I see it these people shouldn't of had 'emergency treatment' they blatantly ran somebody over than hacked him to death before dragging him into the road, they are in our hospitals in a country they slatted! WTF is going on in this country? They'd soon have a dog put down for biting somebody, yet this attack is morbid and nothing but special treatment will be given. I cant wait for the ****ers to be sent down! or should I say 'put down'!

I've kinda thought very carefully about what I say on this thread - I suspect that at lot of others are also biting their tongues too.

What I will say though is that this country needs a swift kick in the backside. And I mean that with regards to numerous areas as well, not specifically just in this sense.

Never before has a move to Australia appealed to me as much as it does just now. This place really really does suck at the moment.

Standard operating procedure for IPCC to be involved in any police shooting incident.
I think its safe to say the shooting will be justified.
Still shocked about it all,esp after seeing the news footage of one of the killers talking calmly and in his eyes rationally.

The discusting ppl that done this claimed they done it to get at our **** governnent. If our government is thqt **** why were they claiming our benefits and why is our nhs treating them in hospital. We should be more like australia and have zero tollerance on foreigners getting into the country.
The innocent victim was a hero who served our country.
