SD Nav sat and DIS(driver display)?

Hi,Just a question for those of you that have SD navigation. Does the DIS(driver display) integrate with the SD navigation so that it shows navigation guides, distance to the next left/right turn or roundabout or is the navigation plus feature only?I have search the internet but seems to get different answers. My local dealer says yes it does integrate but the different answers on the internet makes me doubt if he is right. Best regards from Denmark

Yes it does! i have the SD nav, and i can scroll on the DIS to show turn by turn Navigation. handy if you want to still see other stuff on the main display.

Though thinking about it i have the S-Line and have the high res colour DIS, so not sure if that makes a difference.

You get the high res colour DIS on the Sport too - it's only the SE that lacks it.

would u spec the tech pack again if given the option, I am beginning to think its not worth the additional £1000 premium. I have asked this question before but still unsure if I should change to the SD Nav and choose other options with the money

I had a demo car for 6 days and have pondered over the SD/Plus options. I have now ordered the Audi sound and SD card Nav. and as the DAB radio is now standard... what does the Tech pack offer?

HDD, higher resolution display, larger display, touch input, upgraded satnav

Speed limit sign recognition (if ordered in combination with lane assist)

But is it worth an additional £1000. I am thinking of changing to SD Nav but then adding to my order B&O sound, folding/dimming mirrors and high beam assist. This comes to £1000
the question: Is the tech pack worth having over the these three options?

If it's choice of B&O or tech pack, I'd get B&O. I've got both, and I'd lose the tech pack over the speakers!

I agree the 7" screen was very good and the 3D satnav looked cool but you can fit 100s of albums on 32Gb SD card and generally I'm looking at the road.... And other than stuck in the Channel tunnel when would you really watch a DVD. If it would stream to the iPads on the headrests then we'd be talking!

TBH the only real benefit of the Tech Pack in my view is the larger, higher-res screen. I didn't pay for mine but if I'd had to, I'm not totally sure whether it's worth £1000.
